At Cavendrio we handle personal data with judgement, restraint and a clear understanding of the Dominican framework. This document explains how we collect, use and protect the information you share with us in 2026 and onwards.

02. Data we process
We only process data you voluntarily share when completing the contact form (name, email and message content) and anonymous technical data generated when visiting the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location by IP).
03. Purpose
We use them to reply to your enquiry, provide information about projects, improve site quality and comply with regulatory obligations of the Dominican framework. We never sell or transfer your information to third parties for commercial purposes.
04. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, the execution of a pre-contractual relationship and, where applicable, legal obligations applicable in the Dominican Republic.
05. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and, in any case, no longer than the periods established by current regulations. Afterwards, they are safely deleted or anonymised.
06. Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability or limitation of your data by writing to privacidad@cavendrio.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and free of charge.
07. Security
We apply up-to-date technical and organisational measures —encryption in transit, access controls, periodic reviews— to reasonably reduce risks over your information.
08. Third parties and transfers
We use technology providers that may process data outside Dominican territory; in such cases we require equivalent protection guarantees according to internationally recognised standards.
09. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version always carries the visible date in the header.
